ExploreExperience
These are individual experiences. Results vary from person to person.
The biggest difference in seven days was waking up without that heaviness. I changed when I ate, and sleep sorted itself out.
The simple routine showed me that I was not short of time; I needed clearer priorities. Back home, I found more room for both work and family.
The short periods of silence helped me most. Pausing for a moment before responding to something difficult now feels natural.
The easy joy I found in music, service and sharing meals is my most beautiful memory of the camp.
Gentle morning movement, regular meals and early rest all carried home with me. The greatest benefit was that my day no longer felt scattered.
Seven days beside the Ganga at the ashram — silence, pranayama and simple food. Something lifted in the mind too.
Founder

For four decades Pujya Param Aanand Ji has spoken about working with the body through food, routine and awareness. His guidance centres on small, regular and practical changes.
His camp does more than offer a discourse. It lives one routine for seven days so a person can carry it home.
A day at the camp
The first question anyone asks before coming is simple: what actually happens there? Here is the whole day.

Wisdom

There is no shortage of advice on what to eat. Almost nobody talks about when — although the body answers to that more.

Fasting sits in tradition and in physiology alike. Both say the same thing — the digestive system needs an interval.
