Wellbeing
स्वास्थ्य
Health is more than the absence of discomfort. It is a workable balance of food, rest, movement and awareness that brings energy and steadiness to daily life.
At camp, the body is treated as a companion to understand, not an object to control. The work begins with regular meals, adequate rest and gentle movement.
Small practices matter only when they can continue at home, so the routine remains simple, practical and suited to everyday life.
Seven days create room to slow down and observe your habits. The aim is not a quick result, but a rhythm that can last.
You return with practices that can live alongside family, work and travel.
Experience
These are individual experiences. Results vary from person to person.
The biggest difference in seven days was waking up without that heaviness. I changed when I ate, and sleep sorted itself out.
Gentle morning movement, regular meals and early rest all carried home with me. The greatest benefit was that my day no longer felt scattered.
