Swamilan Sadhana

About

Swamilan Sadhana Foundation works towards drug-free natural health — through therapeutic diet, fasting and a disciplined daily routine.

What the foundation does

What the Swamilan Sadhana Foundation does can be said in one sentence — teach people to read their own bodies, and to look after them through food and routine.

It is not a yoga centre or a meditation institute. It is nature-cure and therapeutic-diet work, and its centre of gravity is a seven-day residential camp: Sharir Ki Bhagwat.

Camps run city by city across Rajasthan, and once a year at the Ganga-side ashram at Rishikesh.

The other half of the work

Beyond the camps the foundation runs annadanam, tree planting and community health satsangs. Giving guests tulsi and neem saplings is part of every gathering.

In April 2026 Param Aanand Ji was felicitated by the International Vaishya Mahasammelan at Sri Ganganagar.

Founder

Param Aanand Ji

For four decades Param Aanand Ji has said that most illness is not a failure of the body but the result of how it has been treated — and what habit built, habit can change.

His camp does not preach. It lives a routine for seven days so that a person can carry it home themselves. “Become your own doctor” is the sentence he repeats most.

  • A guest welcomed with an aarti plate
  • A framed plaque being presented by four people
  • A sattvic thali of dal, rice, sabzi and roti
