Will I have to stop my medication?

No. Nobody’s medication is stopped at the camp. Your current medicines and prescriptions are recorded at registration, and there is a doctor consultation on the sixth day. Any change to medication is your own doctor’s decision.

What does the camp cost?

Accepted Answer

There is no fixed fee. The camp runs on your own voluntary contribution — whatever you are able to give. Nobody is turned away simply because they cannot contribute.

Do I have to stay all seven days?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The camp is a sequence — what begins on day two shows on day six. Coming and going breaks that sequence, so staying all seven days on site is required.

Will I be going hungry?

Accepted Answer

No. There is a fast on the third day, but it is not a dry fast — water, lemon-honey water and juice where needed. On other days there are three sattvic meals.

Is there an age limit?

Generally 12 to 95. For children and for the very elderly we speak separately at registration, so the routine can be adjusted.

What are the arrangements for women?

Accommodation is separate for men and women. Women sevadars are present throughout the camp.

Can I come with my family?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it helps — people who have someone at home keeping the same routine tend to do better. Each person registers separately.

What support is there after the camp?

Accepted Answer

Everyone leaves with a personal diet chart. The monthly satsang and the WhatsApp group keep the guidance going afterwards.
