Mealtimes — the least-discussed rule

The body has its own clock

Digestive juices do not arrive on their own — they arrive at the hour the body has learnt to expect food. If mealtimes move every day, the body never knows when to get ready.

That is the first thing the camp fixes. For many people, just steadying the hours reduces gas, heaviness and poor sleep — before the food itself changes at all.

The evening meal

If you were to change only one thing in the whole day, it is this — dinner near sunset, and light. Three hours before sleeping.

That single rule works on three complaints at once: acidity, sleep and weight.
