Who it suits

Written plainly, because vagueness about health is expensive.

Wellbeing Note

Swamilan Sadhna promotes awareness through mindful food, daily routine, movement and inner reflection. Our sessions are for general wellbeing and self-awareness and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Who the camp is for

People who want a real change in routine and diet, and can give seven days to it. Generally between 12 and 95.

People who want to move towards health, wealth, bliss and peace through a regular rhythm of food, rest, movement and reflection.

Speak to your doctor first if

You are pregnant, breastfeeding, have recently had surgery, take regular medication or receive ongoing medical care.

If any of these applies, tell us during registration and consult your qualified professional first. The routine and fasting practice can be adjusted accordingly.

What we do not do

We do not stop anyone’s prescribed care or offer an alternative to medical treatment.

We live one routine for seven days and create room to observe body, thought and feeling with greater awareness.
