The Method
Dinacharya — the daily regimen
The body runs on rhythm. When the rhythm breaks, everything else does.
The shape of a day
Waking before sunrise, warm water, pranayama, then the first food of the day. The midday meal is the heaviest, dinner the lightest. No stimulants after sunset. Sleep at a fixed hour.
None of this is new — it is what generations lived by. The camp only puts it back in front of you.
Wellbeing Note
